When you submit an inquiry through our website or chat widget, you are expressing interest in our vending services. Submission of a form does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of service. All placements are subject to a separate Vending Machine Placement Agreement signed by both parties.

  1. SMS Communications and Opt-In Consent

By providing your phone number through our website, forms, or chat widget, you may opt in to receive SMS and MMS messages from Brown Bear Vending LLC, including:

  • Responses to your inquiries

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Service updates and promotional offers

  1. Vending Placement Services

Our vending placement services are subject to a separate written agreement. Key terms of our standard placement include:

  • Services are provided at no cost to qualifying locations

  • Brown Bear Vending LLC retains ownership of all equipment

  • Placement agreements are for an initial term of one year with automatic renewal

  • Either party may terminate after the initial term with 30 days written notice

  • Brown Bear Vending LLC handles all installation, maintenance, stocking, and service

Specific terms, revenue sharing arrangements, and service standards are outlined in the individual Vending Machine Placement Agreement for each location.

  1. Intellectual Property
