These amenities are designed to enhance convenience and align with our partners goals for residence, customers, employees, athletes or parents based on the type of location.

No, there is not upfront cost for installation, equipment, or service. Brown Bear handles the setup, restocking, and maintenance at no charge to the partner.

Brown Bear partners with qualifying locations that meet our minimum foot-traffic criteria. For these partners, we share a percentage of net sales on a performance-based schedule.

There are various options for optimal partnerships; luxury apartments, apartment lobbies, office break-rooms, student housing, medical campuses, sports facilities, youth performance facilities, and any other high-traffic areas seeking to enhance amenities for residents and/or employees

Brown Bear and our local staff handle all the stocking & maintaining for machines. Smart machines allow us to know real time inventory tracking to machines never run low.
